One month into the New Year it’s not too late to think about the concept of starting anew. Spring is just ahead with new sprouts and the awakening promise of the year to come. Lunar New Year is on January 29, and the month of February will be filled with celebrations for the Year of the Snake. New Year’s resolutions are still fresh in our minds, and our country will start the next 4-year cycle with a new President and a changed Congress.
